I was born and raised in Southeastern Kentucky. I grew up with the concept of Southern hospitality, to always welcome others with a kind heart, friendliness, and a helping hand.
I received my Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Arts in Adult & Higher Education with specialization in Communication from Morehead State University. I had previously worked in higher education within the Business Administration offices and Financial Aid.
In May 2017, I (along with my fiancé and black lab) embarked on the adventure of relocating from Lexington, Kentucky to Omaha, Nebraska. I started at First National in July 2017 as an intern with the Corporate Compliance, Complaints Team and then had the great opportunity to transition to the Management Trainee Program.
Why Did You Choose FNB?
Being an out-of-towner, I came to Omaha with little to no knowledge of First National. Within a few weeks I was able to see the impact FNB has on the city. Community involvement is an area of high importance in my life; it was exciting to me to have an employer who felt the same. In addition, I have created lifelong bonds with individuals I have met through the bank!
My hobbies include art, being a foodie, college football (Go SEC!) and University of Kentucky Basketball!
I have a passion for growing relationships and the community. I believe it is important to make connections between individuals and organizations. It is amazing the impact a short conversation or introduction can have for someone.
