Patricia grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and attended the University of Kansas in Lawrence, where she received degrees in Art History and Communications Studies. After graduation she worked in retail, customer service and management, where she found her passion for people.
Starting with First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) in 2012, Patricia joined the Talent Management team within Human Resources and focused on employee development. Throughout her time at the bank, Patricia has facilitated and redesigned new hire orientation, launched a new Learning Management System, started the bank’s emerging professionals program and developed and managed the Intern, Management Trainee and Executive Development Associate program. Being able to work for an organization where you can have new and challenging projects that make an impact is what continues to be exciting about working at the bank.
Why Did You Choose FNBO?
Born and raised in Omaha, the community has always been a passion of mine. Whether it is volunteering for a local organization or helping individuals in our community grow their careers and passions.
When looking for an employer, I wanted an organization that shared similar values – values that included: hard work, new ideas, passion for our communities and prioritizes the importance of family. Being a family owned company, I was confident in selecting FNBO as an employer and proud that each and every day it continues to live up to the values that we both share.
I attended the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas – Rock Chalk Jayhawk!!
My passions are serving our great community and spending time with friends and family.
