Why am I a Mortgage Lender?
Mentoring my clients with consistent clear communication throughout this Mortgage Loan Process, so they can feel secure, confident and well educated on how to build wealth through their mortgage, is of the upmost importance to me. I’m not just here for one transaction with my clients. I am here to establish a solid relationship for their future. This Mortgage Loan Process is just the beginning of our journey together. Being witness to the excitement in my client’s eyes on the day of their closing and receiving their keys to their new home, is what literally puts a smile on my face. Putting this simply, this is so rewarding for each of us.
My Experience:
Having started in the Mortgage Industry in 2001 as an Assistant Branch Manager, Mortgage Loan Processor and then Assistant Vice President over a Wholesale Operations Team, I have seen numerous loan scenarios across numerous client relationships. I have had the privilege of working side by side with Executive Vice Presidents over Operations and Sales, Underwriting Managers, Account Executives, Post Closing Managers and Sr. Loan Officers all with their own individual expertise. I am forever grateful for all the experiences these roles and relationships have given me. These very roles and relationships have aided me and continue to aide me in developing a solid plan for my client’s futures. Being a subject matter expert in my Mortgage Career, is just as important as the Financial Planner, CPA, Doctor or Attorney my client’s need in their sphere of relationships.
Interesting to Know:
I am a mom of two English Bulldog fur babies. A BIG fan of Odessa Permian "Friday Night Lights" football, as I am a West Texas gal. I enjoy spending time at the beach, lake, river or any swimming pool. Summertime is my favorite time of year. Travelling to the Caribbean waters of Mexico annually, and then venturing out to new locations throughout our beautiful country, is also something I thoroughly enjoy….and those Family and Friend Visits are what keep my heart full.
