Why am I a Mortgage Lender?

As a mortgage loan officer, it is important to me that my customer has a wonderful experience which begins with asking the right questions and listening to ensure their wants and needs are met. I pride myself on the personal service and attention that I deliver for my customers. I believe in the importance of advice and guidance, and making clients feel at home and comfortable during their mortgage process. For a lot of people, buying a home is the biggest investment they will make, and I love that I am helping to improve their financial health and their family’s legacy with this purchase.

My Experience

I’ve been with FNBO for 15 years; the last five of them in the mortgage business. I am a NIFA Lender Specialist and have received the Champions Circle award from the Nebraska Mortgage Association. I am able to qualify a variety of mortgages including FHA & conventional, first-time homebuyer “NIFA,” construction loans, and veteran mortgages, to name just a few.

Interesting to Know

When I’m not financing homes, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors hunting, fishing, boating and hiking in Nebraska and the surrounding states. My fiancé and I have run four half-marathons and for our honeymoon, we hiked the Grand Canyon from rim to rim.

Important Information

1 First National Bank's Lock & Shop program locks the initial interest rate for 60 or 90 days on 15 and 30-year conventional, 30-year FHA and VA fixed-rate purchase loan products. Your exact interest rate will depend on the date you lock your rate. In order to obtain this rate, a fully executed purchase agreement must be received by First National Bank within 30 calendar days of a 60 day lock or 60 calendar days of a 90 day lock. You will have the option to extend the due date for the purchase agreement and the rate lock expiration one time by 15 days. In addition, you may exercise a float down in the rate to the current market rate within 7 calendar days of executing a purchase contract. Please contact your loan officer to exercise this float down option. Additional fees, conditions or exclusions may apply. This is neither a commitment to lend nor an approval of the loan inquiry. Any change in rate or fees may affect approval of the loan.
