FAQs

Some functions like Accounts, Payments & Transfers, Zelle, Log Out, and Preference Center will move from the header into the hamburger menu (three-line menu by FNBO logo – top left of screen)

When trying to log in, you will see a blank screen with ‘three dots’ repeating. To fix, please update your computer clock to update time zone automatically.

You can find links for your tax forms in multiple areas depending on the type of account you have.

Checking account

After logging into your account and being on your Account Summary screen, click on your account to see your Details page. On that page click on “More” and select “Tax Forms”.

Savings account

After logging into your account and being on your Account Summary screen, click on your account to see your Details page. In the middle of the screen you’ll see an icon labeled “Tax Forms”.

Click "Payments and Transfers" on the top navigation bar.

You'll see all of your accounts organized by Deposits, Credit Cards and Loans (see image above). If you are on a different screen you can click "Accounts" on the top navigation bar.

If you are on the Accounts Overview screen, each of your credit cards and loans have a "Make a Payment" button. Click the corresponding button for the loan you want to pay. You can also click "Payments and Transfers" at the top to access Bill Pay to pay items that aren't with FNBO.

Click on your name on the top right and you'll get a drop down that allows you different items to update. You can use this feature to update contact information and other items that are important to keep up to date.

As we continue to build your digital experience some features will still live on the "old site". We will have incremental releases/updates to the site adding more functionality overtime.

The custom order feature will be added at a later date as we release new updates to the site.
