Mikaela is a Senior Advisor at First National Bank Wealth Management in the Kansas City market. She focuses on building new relationships with individuals, executives and business owners within her community. Mikaela enjoys learning about her clients’ unique needs while providing customized solutions to help her clients feel confident and secure in their financial well-being.
Mikaela began her banking career at First National Bank in 2002 and joined the Wealth Management division in 2010. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Mikaela is currently pursuing her Certified Financial Planner designation. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Leawood Chamber of Commerce and the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, and is a 2012 graduate of its Leadership class.
Mikaela believes strongly in giving back to the community and has a passion for improving the health and lives of people in need. She serves on the Johnson County Advisory Board for MOCSA (Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault) and is VP of Membership for the Children's Mercy Hospital Ambassador Group. She is also an avid supporter of the Community Blood Center (CBC) and participates regularly in blood drives to support its mission.
When not serving others, Mikaela enjoys spending time with her husband Bobby, two daughters Essie and Maryn, and dog Scotty. She loves golfing, cooking, yoga and is currently learning to play tennis.
