Amanda Brown

Amanda is a Director in Trust Services at First National Bank Wealth Management and is responsible for administration of estates, trusts, and investment accounts. She oversees the Illinois market for Trust and Estate Administration in addition to sitting on the Discretionary Action and Unique Asset Committees. Amanda and her team focus on helping individuals and families desiring generational planning and preservation of wealth.

Credentials

Amanda has been in the banking industry since 2003 when she began her career with Bank One working in the commercial lending department. From there, she moved to the Estate Settlement Unit of JP Morgan’s Private Client Services and then joined First National Bank of Omaha Wealth Management in 2013 specializing in Trust and Estate administration.

Amanda is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA®) through Cannon Financial Institute. She earned her Bachelor degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana and has completed various courses through Cannon Trust School.

Passions

When Amanda isn’t chasing her two kids around, you can probably find her taking a Pilates, Yoga or Zumba class. She enjoys leading a healthy active lifestyle and loves any quality time she can spend with her family and friends.

Amanda serves on the youth services and community service committee for Kishwaukee Kiwanis and regularly participates in a number of volunteer activities such as Meals on Wheels and United Way's Day of Caring. She has a passion to help both children and the elderly.
