This promotional cash bonus offer is available online and at FNBO-branded branch locations in counties served by First National Bank of Omaha (“FNBO”). To be eligible, a new eligible Free Business checking account must be opened on or before 12/31/2026.

Eligibility

This offer is available for new Free Business Checking customers. A new Free Business Checking customer is defined as an applicant who does not have an open Free Business Checking, Premium Checking or Analyzed Checking account at the time account opening. Limit one (1) bonus per customer which is identified by business and Tax ID. For joint accounts, only one (1) bonus will be paid per qualifying account. FNBO reserves the right to determine what constitutes a new Free Business Checking customer.

How to Earn the Bonus

To earn the bonus, customer must: (1) open a new eligible Free Business checking account with FNBO on or before 12/31/2026; (2) provide promo code 250BIZ at account opening, whether online or in branch; (3) receive qualifying deposit(s) OR complete 10 or more qualifying debit card purchases that post and clear the account within 31 calendar days beginning on the day of account opening.

Bonus Amounts

Bonus eligibility is based on the total amount of qualifying deposit(s) received OR completed 10 or more qualifying debit card purchases that post and clear the account within 31 calendar days of the account opening, as follows:

 $250 Bonus:

1. Qualifying deposit(s) totaling at least $1,000 must post to your Free Business Checking account within 31 calendar days of the account opening date.

2. OR

3. Complete 10 or more qualifying debit card purchases that post and clear the account within 31 calendar days of account opening date. Qualifying debit card purchases are made at point of sale using your signature or PIN, or electronically or online using your debit card number, including recurring payments within 31 calendar days of the account being opened.

Qualifying Deposits

For purposes of this offer, qualifying deposits are electronic ACH deposits, cash or check deposits in a branch.

Non-Qualifying Deposits

The following do not qualify as deposits for purposes of this offer: transfers from bank accounts, transfers from brokerage accounts, person-to-person transfers, and internal transfers. Qualifying deposits must consist of funds originating from a source outside FNBO and FNBO Direct and may not be funded by transfers from any existing FNBO or FNBO Direct account.

Account Status and Bonus Payment

For purposes of this offer, “good standing” means the account is open, not overdrawn or negative, and not otherwise in default under any agreement between customer and FNBO. If all applicable offer requirements are met, the bonus will be credited to the qualifying Free Business checking account within 31 calendar days after FNBO determines that all requirements have been satisfied. If the account is closed or is not in good standing before the bonus is credited, the bonus will not be paid.

Additional Terms

FNBO may verify eligibility and compliance with this offer and its requirements. This offer is subject to account approval. Minimum opening deposit may be required. Standard account fees, account terms, and other conditions apply and are subject to the applicable account agreement, fee schedule, and other disclosures provided at account opening.

Bonus payments may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service on Form 1099-INT or other applicable tax form. Customer is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of the bonus.
