What's Changing for ACH
Routing Number Use
- Starting September 14, 2026, ACH transactions will originate from FNBO’s primary routing number 104000016.
- ACH transactions using CCB’s primary routing number 101001306 will continue to be processed.
- ACH transactions using routing numbers other than FNBO or CCB's primary routing numbers may not be processed.

Access & Permissions
- Dual control is a standard fraud‑prevention feature at FNBO.
- Access to originate and/or approve ACH transactions is established by your online administrators.
- NEW: ACH import functionality will be available for all customers.
- NEW: ACH reversals access will be available online.
Company IDs
- Some customers may receive a new Company ID to align with FNBO requirements.
- Customers affected by this change will be contacted directly with next steps.
File Imports
(NACHA & User-Defined)
- NACHA and user‑defined file import options will be available for all ACH originators.
- Allow additional time for your first file upload to confirm successful processing following conversion.
Master Recipient List
Business Connect offers a Master Recipient List, a centralized list of ACH and wire recipients that allows users to create, edit, and manage recipient information in one location.
Funding Method:
Prefunding to Pledge
- Customers previously using prefunding at CCB will transition to FNBO’s pledge method.
- Funds will remain in the account and continue to earn interest; pledged amounts will be unavailable for use.
- Funds remain on hold until the effective settlement date.
Email Notifications
- Customers may enroll to receive ACH return and/or file acknowledgment emails by contacting their Treasury Sales Representative.
- Notifications are sent based on ACH processing dates.
Alerts
- ACH alerts must be re‑established by each individual user within Business Connect.
