Important Conversion Communication

  • You will also receive the FNBO Business Banking Guide by mail, which provides important details about the transition of your accounts, loans, and services.

Conversion Weekend

  • Access limitations will occur between Friday September 11 at 5pm CT and Monday September 14 at 8am CT
  • Data and services will be migrated to FNBO systems
  • Full access will be restored Monday September 14 at 8am CT

Post Conversion

September and beyond

  • For assistance with your treasury services, contact Treasury Support at 866-461-1467.
  • Analysis fees will continue to be deducted monthly from your deposit accounts.
  • Access your CCB and FNBO Analysis Statements through your fnbo.com login. 
    • Simply go to the Accounts tab → Statements → change the statement type to Billing Analysis Statement → select your account.

What We Need From You

To ensure a smooth transition, please plan to review and return updated Master Enrollment Forms by June 15.

Beginning in August:

  • Attend available training sessions and review provided materials
  • Validate user access, permissions, and approval settings following training
  • Communicate upcoming changes to your internal teams and, if applicable, your vendors

Master Enrollment Form

Information & Data Delivery

Your relationship team and access to account information will continue through FNBO. You’ll work with a dedicated commercial banker, have the ability to access your accounts through Mobile Banking, and options to receive reporting to support account monitoring and reconciliation.

If your business is interested in Online Trade Services, those capabilities are available as part of your treasury relationship.

Electronic Transaction Services
Certain treasury services such as ACH and wires are available via our Business Connect platform accessible through Business Online Banking.

Find details on how wire services will function following conversion, including updated wire instructions, routing number information, cutoff times, and access controls. ACH Addenda Reporting provides additional remittance and settlement details when those records are included with incoming ACH transactions. This service is available through FNBO’s Fraud Prevention portal as the ACH Addenda Statements module and presents addenda information in a usable, report‑friendly format.

  • Existing customers will continue to receive ACH addenda information at FNBO, including email notifications when records are received.
  • Reports can be generated and downloaded in multiple formats and, in some cases, may be delivered directly through the service.
  • Businesses not currently enrolled may choose to add ACH Addenda Reporting if these details are needed.

Depository Services

Find information on how Remote Deposit Capture will function following conversion, including scanner compatibility, setup options, and changes to the user access model. This page also outlines upcoming training timelines, available support, and access to product documentation and user guides.

Check Block helps protect your account by preventing paper checks from posting when check payments are not part of your normal activity. This service is often used by businesses that rely on electronic payments and want to reduce the risk of unauthorized or fraudulent check transactions. Your Treasury Sales Representative can help determine whether this service is a fit for your business.

Return Notification provides visibility when a check or payment item is returned, while Reclear supports the re‑presentment of eligible returned items when appropriate. These services help businesses stay informed about returned transactions and manage exceptions more efficiently. A Control Agreement is a tri‑party arrangement between your business, FNBO, and a lender that outlines control over a designated deposit account, often in connection with lending or credit arrangements. This agreement helps support financing structures while clearly defining account control parameters. Your Treasury Sales Representative can assist with questions or coordination related to control agreements.

Cash Vault services support businesses that manage significant volumes of cash by providing secure processing, verification, and deposit services through specialized vault facilities and armored courier arrangements. These services are designed to improve security and efficiency when handling physical cash. Your Treasury Sales Representative can provide more information based on your business needs.

Balance Control

FNBO will continue to support your balance control needs through sweep and investment services. Existing sweep arrangements, including deposit‑to‑deposit and deposit‑to‑loan sweeps, will carry over as they are set up today and are expected to function the same following conversion.

ICS sweeps into IntraFi will also convert, with little to no change to screens or processes, and will be handled as part of the overall transition.

Paper Disbursement

Review how check fraud protection and reconciliation services will function following conversion, including updated cutoff times, default decisioning rules, and alert notifications. This page also covers reporting limitations, guidance on historical data, and requirements for rebuilding issue files, including supported file formats.

View Positive Pay service details

Controlled Disbursement – Drafts supports businesses that use controlled disbursement arrangements to manage outgoing payments and daily cash positioning. This service provides advance visibility into expected draft activity to support funding decisions and cash flow planning. Your Treasury Sales Representative can assist with questions or provide additional information.

Image Archive provides secure access to check images and related items processed on your accounts. This service supports recordkeeping, research, and reconciliation needs by allowing businesses to view and retrieve historical check images when needed.
