What's Changing for Check Positive Pay

  • Check Positive Pay decisioning cutoff times will occur later than at CCB.
  • Default decisioning will be applied at the account level if no action is taken.
  • Mobile decisioning will not be available; decisioning must be completed on a desktop.
  • Issue files and templates will need to be rebuilt prior to conversion.

Cut Off Times

  • Check Positive Pay and Reverse Positive Pay decisioning cutoff time will be 3:00 p.m. CT, which is later than at CCB.
  • Any items not decisioned by 3:00 p.m. CT will follow the default decision selected on your Master Enrollment Agreement.
  • Check exception decisions are released once daily by 10:00 a.m. CT.

User Access

  • Users will be set up as part of conversion.
  • Decisioning must be completed using a desktop device; mobile decisioning is not available at FNBO.
  • New users added following conversion must be managed by an account administrator.
  • If user permission changes are needed, an account administrator can update access.

Reporting & Historical Data

  • Historical Check Positive Pay reports will not be converted to FNBO.
  • Customers should download or print reports needed for recordkeeping prior to September 10.
  • Outstanding issued items will expire and drop off after two years from the check date.

Alerts

  • First alerts will be sent at 10:00am CT which is later than they were delivered at Country Club Bank.
  • Items are available for review once the alerts are sent.
  • A reminder alert will be sent at 2:00 p.m. CT.
  • Optional issue file load alerts are available and will confirm file success or failure.
  • Alerts are delivered by email only; text notifications are not available.

Decisioning

  • At conversion, outstanding issues will be converted and users will be set up for decisioning.
  • Items not decisioned by the cutoff will follow the default decision selected on your Master Enrollment Agreement.
  • Customers who prefer default decisioning at the profile level may contact their Payment Advisor to request a change.

Issue Files

Customers using issue files should be aware of the following requirements at FNBO:

  • Issue files may be submitted in CSV, TXT, or XLS format.
  • Files must include the account number.
  • Files may be transmitted via SFTP.
  • Action required: Updates must be completed prior to September 14, or issue files may not load successfully.
  • Issue files and templates must be rebuilt, as existing payroll, operating, and payable files will not convert due to additional field requirements.
