FNBO Lockbox Archive Training

Please Note: The video is from a previously recorded webinar.  In the video we reference processing will transition “tomorrow.”  Lockbox processing transition dates will vary by customer and have been communicated via email.  Upon receipt of your login credentials, you can begin accessing FNBO’s Lockbox Archive platform where you’ll be able to view each current day’s reports by 1:30 PM CT each day.

Access Overview

  • Lockbox users will be set up prior to conversion, ensuring access is available as services transition to FNBO.
  • User access is managed by the location‑level account administrator.

Lockbox Reporting

  • Historical lockbox reports from CCB will not be converted to FNBO.
  • Any historical reports accessed through the CCB platform should be downloaded by September 11 at 5:00 p.m. CT.
  • Once customers begin processing lockbox payments through FNBO, reports will be available through FNBO’s online platform.
  • Statements and reporting layouts may have a different appearance following conversion.
