Lied Place is a 20-story condominium tower under development located at roughly 11th & Q in downtown Lincoln, NE. The project will have a restaurant on the street level, commercial office space on floors 2-6, and approximately 36 residential condominiums on floors 7-20.
Lied Place will be the 2nd tallest building in Lincoln (behind the State Capitol) with units on floors 14 and up having views into Memorial Stadium. Residential units will have prices ranging from just under $500,000 to over $1,500,000. Lied Place is scheduled to be completed in early 2021.
