As a Director of Community Banking, David is invested in the economic prosperity of the Cheyenne region. His civic involvements—ranging from active participation in the CRMC Board of Trustees and past work with the CRMC Foundation and work with the Laramie County Library. David appreciates the opportunity he has to serve current and future clients and to help local businesses succeed.

Credentials

With 30 plus years of Cheyenne banking under his belt, David has filled multiple senior level roles across major financial institutions in the state. These include Market President, Senior Bank Examiner and President and CEO. He brought this wealth of experience to FNBO in 2022 and continues to support the financial success of his customers. David graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wyoming and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking. His experience as a State of Wyoming Bank examiner allows him a perspective and knowledge of the banking industry.

Passions

When not helping banking customers plan for their financial success, David is spending time with his family, including two grown children, or pursuing his passion for travel. He also dedicates much of his free hours to community service as a member of the Cheyenne Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce. David serves an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church and is a member of the Cowboy Joe Club.
