Bill brings a healthy range of experience across risk, compliance and electronic payments to his current role as a Director of Merchant Services at FNBO. He uses his expertise to help ensure that regulatory obligations are met for all merchant services products and to build solutions that promote proper risk, underwriting and 3^rd party oversight.

Bill’s extensive experience in the area of risk and compliance has given him the opportunity to help many different types of companies ensure that regulatory obligations are met and that risk is minimized. He has worked for multiple providers of merchant services solutions to establish a firm foundation in technology enablement, in addition to his years in banking, where he oversaw functions across the Merchant Services Division at FNBO.

Passions

Bill’s personal time is often spent following the various activities of his two daughters. When he can carve out additional hours, he enjoys Jiu Jitsu, pickleball, scuba diving, live sports or concerts, as well as traveling.
