Roch Schmitz
Roch is the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Banking for FNBO. His experience in lending helps him provide financing to real estate developers and owners of a wide variety of property types. Roch is deeply satisfied to see the buildings he has played a part in developing being put to continued good use.
Credentials
Roch began his banking journey supporting construction loans in 1994. Throughout the following years, he acted as a credit analyst before returning to a more customer-facing role in construction and real estate as a lender. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from Colorado State University. Roch is also a 2007 graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
Passions
Roch is passionate about serving his community, particularly youth and those experiencing disabilities. He is an active board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Weld County and the Greeley Center for independence. When not serving others, he enjoys a variety of activities with his wife and two children.
