Adam DeLaughter

Adam is a Financial Advisor focused on helping clients build wealth through comprehensive financial planning. He has been helping his clients reach their unique financial goals for more than 20 years, 10 of which have been at First Investments & Planning. His specializations include wealth accumulation, retirement income planning, tax savings, saving for college, wealth transfer and protecting against the unexpected.

Adam currently holds his Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities registrations along with Life, Annuities & Variable Contracts Insurance Licenses. As a graduate of Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, IA, Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and has served his entire career in the financial services industry.

Passions

When not providing financial advice, Adam can be found outdoors spending time with his family. Adam’s best childhood memories involve camping, fishing, and hunting and he hopes to provide the same happy experiences to his two sons. His family takes frequent trips to the lake where they enjoy camping, boating, and fishing.

In addition to teaching his sons life skills, Adam coaches youth hockey and has a passion for helping young players build skills on the ice while learning the importance of teamwork.
