Jay Turpen

Jay joins the First National Omaha family to serve as a Financial Advisor. He assists our high net worth retail clients with their investments, financial planning and insurance needs.

Credentials

Jay joined FNBO in 2021 after spending years serving high net worth clients at TD Ameritrade. He brings 10 years of industry experience to FNBO.

Prior to his career in financial services, Jay received his Bachelor’s in Finance, Banking and Investment Science from University of Nebraska at Omaha, as well as his MBA and Juris Doctorate from Creighton University.

Passions

Jay and his wife Brenna love to spend their free time eating, traveling, hiking, or spending time with family and friends. They also enjoy hanging at the dog park or going on hikes with Doug, their German shorthaired pointer. Jay grew up in the Omaha area and is passionate about backing the community, whether its supporting local business and non-profits, or volunteering at the food bank or Habitat for Humanity. Jay also enjoys supporting his local sports and gets to Blue Jay or Husker games whenever he gets the chance.
