Prior to joining First National Bank I owned my own mortgage and credit company (based in Fort Collins, Colorado) for 14+ years. I pride myself on top notch customer service for every client. My expected client experience is simple; always answer my phone at nights/weekends, always return emails or voicemails promptly, answer all questions simply to ensure the client fully understands the mortgage process.
