Your login process/credentials – accessing your FNBO account online remains the same, using your existing login and password.

Your account details – mortgage account information has not been affected by this improved experience.

Yes, it does look different, but you’ll know you’re in the right place because you will log in to your existing FNBO online account(s) as you always do. From there, select your ‘Mortgage’ account and enjoy the experience!

No. This is simply an enhancement to our mortgage account management system that has improved your ability to manage your FNBO mortgage online and in the mobile app.

No. If you have your payment automatically made by ACH withdrawal from your account, you will not need to do anything. Your payment is automatically applied to your mortgage.

Yes. If you schedule your payment every month, or have it set up with FNBO to pay a specific amount monthly from your FNBO checking or savings account using BillPay, we will post these payments, but only through February 28, 2023. Payments set up for dates after February 28, 2023, will not be applied to your account. We ask that you please set up your March payments, and beyond, in the new system. We will monitor your payment and reach out to you if needed.

Yes! You will still get the extraordinary service you’ve come to expect from FNBO.

No. Your mortgage account details remain the same, including your loan number.

No. Your payment amount was not impacted by this upgrade. You can now view details and manage your mortgage with ease using your FNBO account login.

Yes! And, if you’re paying at your local branch but would like to transition to online payments, we can help.

Yes. You can set up an online payment from the bank and bank account of your choosing.

After logging in to FNBO account, look for a menu on the left. The View Statements selection is where you will go to access your mortgage statements or visit this page (it will require your login credentials).

Yes. We recommend that you always update to the latest version of the FNBO mobile app. This ensures you have the best experience when managing any of your FNBO accounts within the app.

For your Android/Google device:

Open the Google Play Store app. Tap your profile icon on the top right and tap Manage Apps & Device. Apps with an update available are labeled “Update available.” Tap Update.

For your Apple device:

Open the App Store and tap your profile icon at the top of the screen. Scroll to see pending updates and tap Update next to any app that needs updated or tap “Update All.”
