Nicole is a Director of Trust Services at FNN Trust Company in Mitchell, South Dakota serving individuals, businesses, and foundations. Primary responsibilities include administration of trusts, estates, conservatorships, and investment management accounts.

Credentials

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in business management from Black Hills State University.

Nicole is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) and an active member of the Sioux Falls Estate Planning Council, South Dakota Trust Association, South Dakota Bar Association, American Bankers Association and South Dakota Banker’s Association.

Nicole has experience drafting and advising clients regarding estate plans, as well as administering a variety of U.S. and international trusts, including dynasty, directed, and charitable. She also has worked collaboratively with clients’ advisors, including legal and tax professionals, investment advisors, family offices and other centers of influence.

Passions

Nicole grew up in a family business and understands the dynamics. She enjoys working with multiple generations.

Nicole is a foodie, loves to travel and pull pranks on friends and family. In her free time, she gives back to her community through volunteering at various community events and serving on the Board of Volunteers of America Dakotas.
