Clark Lauritzen | Chairman and President | FNBO | First National of Nebraska
Clark is the Chairman and President of FNBO (First National Bank of Omaha), as well as FNBO’s holding company, First National of Nebraska (FNNI). He serves as Chairman and President of the Lauritzen Corporation, a bank holding company managing several banks outside of FNBO, as well as the bank’s insurance business, FNIC. FNNI has over 4,500 employees and represents one of the largest privately held banks in the United States, with over $32 billion in assets. Clark represents the sixth generation of his family to lead the bank, which was founded in 1857.
Clark serves on the Board of Directors of the Omaha Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He is active in the community, serving as Treasurer of the Nebraska Game & Parks Foundation, a board member of the Creighton University Board of Trustees, a member of the STRATCOM Consultation Committee, a board member of the Westside Community Schools Foundation, a member of Princeton’s Capital Campaign Committee, director of the Robert B. Daugherty Foundation, trustee of Lauritzen Gardens, a Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Governor and Honorary Consul of Denmark for the State of Nebraska. Clark is a past Chairman of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and past Chair of the United Way of the Midlands campaign.
Clark was born in Omaha, Nebraska. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A. from Princeton University.

With a passion for business and engineer's logic, he’s able to turn mathematical models and technical jargon into business intelligence that enables future-oriented business decisions.
Before joining Visa in 1990, Best worked as a consultant performing cost benefit analyses for the power industry. In addition to his MBA, Best holds a degree in nuclear engineering and has participated in the Stanford University and Kellogg School of Management executive programs.
Chelsea Good | Agriculture Advocacy and Strategy
Chelsea Good is founder of Good & Associates, a multiclient firm specializing in issues management, government affairs, strategic communications, and industry relations for the agriculture sector. She also is engaged in cattle feeding and investing.
From 2013 – 2025 Chelsea served as Vice President of Government and Industry Affairs and Legal at Livestock Marketing Association (LMA) representing livestock auctions across the United States.
Chelsea serves on the boards of directors of the American Agricultural Law Association, Kansas Agriculture Rural Leadership, Kansas City Agribusiness Council, and Livestock Meat Industry Council.
Chelsea previously worked at the Kansas Department of Agriculture, first as the Communications Director and then as a Staff Attorney specializing in animal health law and policy.
Chelsea is a graduate of Washburn University School of Law. She also has a master’s degree in communications studies and bachelor’s degrees in agricultural communications and journalism; political science; and public relations, all from Kansas State University.
Chelsea lives in Leawood, Kansas with her husband, Chad Tenpenny. Their hobbies include golf, travel, and classic country concerts.
Wade Greening | Supervisory Intelligence Analyst I FBI
Wade Greening is a Supervisory Intelligence Analyst with the FBI Omaha Field Office covering the states of Iowa and Nebraska. Over the last seven years in this role, he has supervised the analysis of all National Security-related information across Iowa and Nebraska, including counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cyber, and weapons of mass destruction matters. In addition to his role as Supervisory Intelligence Analyst, SIA Greening is also the FBI Omaha Field Office Private Sector Coordinator, responsible for coordinating the FBI's interactions with private sector companies across Iowa and Nebraska.
Prior to his supervisory role, SIA Greening was the Intelligence Analyst supporting Omaha's Joint Terrorism Task Force, responsible for all analysis of counter terrorism and weapons of mass destruction in the Omaha, Nebraska, metropolitan area. SIA Greening was responsible for authoring hundreds of analytic reports informing the US Intelligence Community, local law enforcement, and foreign partners of emerging threats. This involved interviewing multiple terrorism subjects domestically and abroad, and producing reports for senior US Government decisionmakers regarding matters in Iowa and Nebraska.
SIA Greening joined the FBI in 2008, being first assigned to FBI Headquarters before transferring to Omaha. He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Microbiology, then earned a Masters from Georgetown University in Biohazardous Threat Agents and Emerging Infectious Diseases. Before joining the FBI, he interned with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, and the Kansas Department of Transportation in Topeka, Kansas.
SIA Greening is married with four children.
