Terrance Jacobson

Dedicated to customer success, Terrance acts as a Director in Commercial Card Account Management at FNBO. He serves new and existing customers with tailormade solutions, learning their business operations to develop card systems and processes that deliver optimal outcomes. With extensive experience in the commercial credit card space and a commitment to continuous customer satisfaction, he is well positioned to optimize processes, helping to mitigate fraud and improve efficiency in the process.

Credentials

Terrance launched his career in banking in FNBO’s Customer Care Center before his passion for entrepreneurship opened doors to the commercial side of the bank’s operations. Moving to the Client Services team, he became a resource for both small and large business clients in managing card operations. Building on his experience in client services, he later joined FNBO’s Card Implementations and Training team, facilitating more complex business needs. In his current role, Terrance builds on 10 years of experience in the commercial credit card space to help create successful outcomes for his clients. Terrance earned a BSBA in Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is currently involved in several professional organizations, including a Champion for FNBO’s Belonging Group – Generations at Work (ERG), sits on the Recent Alumni Advisory Board (RAAB) for the UNO College of Business, as well as a Member of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Young Professionals.

Passions

Terrance is no stranger to exploring new recipes in the kitchen with his wife and takes pride in watching his daughter play volleyball on different teams. He finds peace in nature, by tending his landscaping and small garden or spending quality time at their family cabin in Elkhorn. Terrance’s focus on supporting his community draws him to the American Red Cross, where he is a regular Heroes for Babies blood donor.
