As a Director of Merchant Services, Lindsay is responsible for building and managing the bank’s merchant services’ compliance and oversight division. Her enthusiasm for FNBO’s commercial banking customers leads her to develop on-point solutions, designed to promote business success across a broad range of industries and geographies.

Credentials

Lindsay has deep experience across merchant services and compliance, including roles responsible for daily business operations. In past positions, she met with federal lawmakers on payments-related topics to encourage a deeper understanding of the payments landscape as she led specialist teams on developing compliance strategies. Lindsay obtained her Certified Payment Professional (CPP) certification from the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) and also managed a Top 45 U.S. Visa/MasterCard issuing program. Her depth of experience and capabilities is an asset to FNBO and our customers.

Passions

For Lindsay, daily activities revolve around making memories with her family, so it isn’t surprising that travel tops her list of top passions, particularly trips to Disney World where her family enjoys the magic of being together. When not traveling, Lindsay and her family enjoy cooking and attending live events, whether it’s the theater, concerts or sports. She is also a co-founder of Nebraska Babywearing Alliance.
