Terri Eischeid has spent more than 28 years doing what she enjoys most — building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them navigate life's most important financial decisions. As Director of Private Banking and Specialty Services at FNBO Wealth, she works with high net worth individuals, families, executives and closely held business owners, bringing a personal, thoughtful approach to every client relationship.

Terri specializes in making the complex feel manageable. Her expertise spans deposit architecture, liquidity management, securities-based lending and non-conforming mortgage solutions. She is particularly skilled in structuring sophisticated credit for clients with K-1 income, family LLCs and multi-entity financial lives — bringing clarity, confidence and genuine care to every conversation. CREDENTIALS

Terri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State College and carries designations as a Certified Wealth Strategist® and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor®. She is an active member of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Omaha (Class 31) and the Risk Management Association.

PASSIONS

Outside of work, Terri is dedicated to sharing her time, talents and skills as a community advocate for several nonprofit organizations.

She has served in leadership roles with the Children's Hospital Friends Board, Rose Theater Guild and the Junior League of Omaha Foundation. As Past President of the Nebraska Medicine Guild, she led efforts to provide patient-focused grants impacting thousands of patients and their families. She also served as Chairperson of the 55th Annual Omaha Symphony Debutante Ball. She currently serves on the Lauritzen Gardens' Board of Directors and is a member of the Women's Ball Committee for the Aksarben Foundation.
