Shelley Rhoades

I have been a Mortgage Loan Officer for since the year 2000 and my job is my passion!
My success and longevity in this career is because I do not look at a loan as a transaction; moreover, I see it as an opportunity to build a relationship with my clients. By listening and asking questions of my clients it provides me greater insight as to their direct needs and long term financial goals. Once the needs and goals are identified I can now utilize my diverse knowledge base in Mortgage Lending to find the right product in order to meet or exceed those expectations. Because every person and family's financial situation is different, there is no one-size-fits-all mortgage so I utilize my expertise for a specific custom mortgage package that works best to each client’s criteria.

I pride myself on providing exemplary customer service and keeping well informed in the ever-changing mortgage profession. I have been a Top Producing Mortgage Loan Officer for the past eighteen years. While at FNBO I have been continually ranked Top 5 company wide.

I have developed a strong network of referring partners including but not limited to Realtors, CPA’s, Attorney’s, Financial Advisors, Builders and past clients. These referrals are due to my attention to detail, strong communication and desire to help individuals in every situation.

My team and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Important Information

1 First National Bank's Lock & Shop program locks the initial interest rate for 60 or 90 days on 15 and 30-year conventional, 30-year FHA and VA fixed-rate purchase loan products. Your exact interest rate will depend on the date you lock your rate. In order to obtain this rate, a fully executed purchase agreement must be received by First National Bank within 30 calendar days of a 60 day lock or 60 calendar days of a 90 day lock. You will have the option to extend the due date for the purchase agreement and the rate lock expiration one time by 15 days. In addition, you may exercise a float down in the rate to the current market rate within 7 calendar days of executing a purchase contract. Please contact your loan officer to exercise this float down option. Additional fees, conditions or exclusions may apply. This is neither a commitment to lend nor an approval of the loan inquiry. Any change in rate or fees may affect approval of the loan.
