Due to a system issue, customers may experience debit card declines due to incorrect debit card balances.  Correct balances are displayed on our mobile and web applications, and cash withdrawals can be made in branch. This issue will be resolved by Tuesday, 4/23, and 1 am CDT.

By ordering a Visa® Debit Fan Card or Specialty Card, you may be re-issued a new debit card number. Your new card will arrive in 5-7 business days. Once you receive your new card in the mail, please follow the instructions to activate your new card and close your existing card. If no action is taken, your existing card may be closed after 90 days.
