As Director, Community Banking at FNBO, Todd leverages his deep roots as a Northern Colorado native to build meaningful connections with local businesses. With experience across both large and small banks, Todd understands how to identify the current and future needs of his clients and design tailored financial solutions that support their short- and long-term goals.

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Todd has fulfilled nearly every role in banking — starting as a teller, progressing through branch management, and ultimately building a career in business development and commercial lending. That full-circle background gives him a broad perspective and genuine hands-on understanding of how businesses grow and what they need from a banking partner. For the past 15+ years, Todd has focused exclusively on commercial clients, helping businesses of all sizes access the capital and expertise they need to succeed. He holds a Bachelor of Finance from Wartburg College.

Passions

Todd is an active outdoorsman who enjoys tennis, golf, working on classic "old" vehicles, and spending time with his wife and kids hiking and boating on weekends.
