As a Senior Advisor of Global Banking at FNBO, Tracy’s role interfaces with financial institutions to facilitate seamless foreign exchange (FX) transactions. As the point person for her customers, she creates operational efficiencies, identifies potential FX opportunities to drive growth, and acts as an escalation point for problem resolution. With extensive experience in Global Banking, Tracy possesses critical knowledge in both back and front office operations. This expertise allows her to effectively communicate and build rapport with downstream bank customers and upstream bank partners, ensuring quick resolution of issues and seamless execution of FX transactions.

Credentials

Tracy has worked in global banking for over 20 years. Her career began shortly after college when she joined a major foreign exchange company. After a nearly a decade in operations, she changed roles to mortgage at FNBO before joining the FX operations and eventually entering her current role in the front office managing our FI portfolio. Tracy graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a member of the Midwest International Trade Association.

Passions

Tracy likes to keep fit through a variety of activities, including volleyball, golf and walking her dog. She also enjoys family time whether it’s watching her daughters play sports or spending time with her husband.
