Passions

Known for creating positive energy that moves ideas into action, Shane thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. His mindset is anchored in a single word drawn from his German heritage Immerfort, which translates to Ever-Forward.  It’s more than a principle; it’s the energy source that guides how he thinks, leads, and builds. That forward motion fuels his passion for continual self-improvement, health, and fitness.  He is a proud husband and girl-dad who brings the same intention and energy to his family that he brings to his work. Professionally, Shane applies this Ever-Forward mindset alongside fintech founders, private-equity portfolio companies, and bank leadership igniting opportunities to monetize payment flows, optimize deposit float, and unlock growth-oriented partnerships that generate long-lasting value.  His approach is simple: leave every person, business, and outcomes with more energy, strength, and momentum that when he arrived. Free time for Shane would not be truly fulfilling without community service, so he has served on the board of Project Night Lights and assists organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Memories for Kids and Youth Emergency Services (YES).
