Philip Haugen
Phil is a Senior Advisor of Community Banking at FNBO. He believes that business owners, particularly entrepreneurs, are faced with increasing complexity in the modern environment, so he seeks to simplify financial matters for the clients he serves. While his primary responsibilities fall in the area of loan portfolio management, particularly helping business owners to finance new equipment, expand their operations and make new acquisitions, he focuses on helping his clients find solutions for all of their financial needs, whether personal or professional.
Credentials
Phil joined FNBO in 1999 but has been a Commercial Relationship Manager since 1993. Prior to entering the field of Banking, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wheaton College and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Passions
Phil dedicates much of his free time to civic organizations, including Sugar Grove Economic Development Corporation, Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Fox Valley Family YMCA.
When it’s time to relax, you’ll find him enjoying a good adventure novel, biography or book on history. Lakeside is his favorite place to be, and he spends as much time as he can by the water with friends and family. He also enjoys unwinding to good music.
