As Director of Community Banking, Kendall manages a diverse commercial and agricultural loan portfolio, helping business and agricultural owners find financing solutions that fit their goals. Beyond lending, he connects clients with FNBO's broader team - treasury management, card services, wealth management, and specialty banking - so customers get a complete, relationship-based banking experience.

Kendall brings nearly two decades of hands-on banking leadership - spanning commercial and agricultural lending, branch operations, and executive oversight - to every client relationship. He helps bridge the gap many business and agricultural customers face in finding a banker who understands both the complexity of their operations and the full range of financial tools available to them, offering consultative advice that supports sustainable, organic growth.

Credentials

Kendall's banking career began shortly after college, starting out as a teller and progressing through roles as a Personal Banker, Consumer Lender, and Commercial Credit Analyst before moving into management, first as an Operations Manager and then as a Branch Manager. That hands-on foundation across nearly every bank function gave him a rare, ground-up understanding of how banks serve their customers. He carried that foundation and continued to hone his commercial and agricultural lending skills over a decade in Community Banking and executive-level leadership. In August 2025, Kendall joined FNBO as Director of Community Banking, continuing a career-long focus on building strong commercial and agricultural lending relationships. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wyoming and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking Colorado at the University of Colorado Boulder.
