Stephanie Kofron
Stephanie is a Senior Advisor of Community Banking at FNBO. Building and maintaining customer relationships has been her passion for the past 24 years. She serves as a trusted client advocate to bank customers, recommending innovative banking solutions and sound advice, all designed to help organizations meet established goals. To Stephanie, nothing is more satisfying than helping a business to grow and have a positive impact on the local community.
Credentials
Stephanie’s banking career has provided her with a wide range of experience across loan and credit administration, consumer and commercial lending, compliance, and bank accounting. She began her time at FNBO in 2022 in her current role. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business and applied economics. She is also a Red Carpet Ambassador for the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and serves on the committee board for the Wyoming Banking Credit Conference.
Passions
Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, three boys, dogs and horses. She is an avid team roper, rodeo ambassador, crafter and outdoors woman. Stephanie also enjoys hunting and fishing with her family in various area of Wyoming, while also serving several civic organizations, including the Cheyenne Youth Rodeo Association, Laramie County 4-H and Laramie County Project Christmas Child and Friday Food Bags.
