In her role as Business Development Advisor of Merchant Services, Kim is a passionate advocate for area businesses, helping them to improve customer relationships and outcomes through innovative credit card processing solutions. She enjoys working with her FNBO team to assist area merchants, always striving to help them surpass existing goals and reach new horizons.

Credentials

Kim’s career began in sales for a broadcast group followed by a large cable company. She later moved into merchant processing solutions, helping to mentor new team members, before taking her current role at FNBO. Kim has a Business Management degree from Bellevue University.

Passions

Kim balances out work life with her family and a host of furry friends. Kim is a proud mother to her son, who has served in the Marine Corp and her daughter, who has served in the Army National Guard. She is a Bulldog Club of America hall of fame member, having exhibited her bulldogs in the conformation ring as a breeder/owner/handler. She also enjoys bird watching the many specimens that visit her backyard and is excited about the newest member of her family, a Maine Coon cat. Despite the time it takes to meet the demands of her four-legged creatures, she always finds time for volunteering with the American Red Cross.
