Gretchen brings more than 30 years of banking experience to FNBO, combining strategic leadership, commercial banking expertise, and a deep commitment to community development. As Regional Vice President of Commercial Banking, she leads four commercial banking teams focused on helping businesses grow, strengthening client relationships, and delivering innovative financial solutions across the region.

Throughout her career, Gretchen has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and fostering lasting partnerships with business owners, community leaders, and economic development organizations. She works closely with her teams to provide tailored commercial banking services, including lending, treasury management, and specialized industry solutions that support clients at every stage of growth.

Gretchen earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Penn State University and is a graduate of the prestigious Stonier Graduate School of Banking through the American Bankers Association.

An active civic leader, Gretchen previously served on the Colorado Economic Development Commission and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Boulder Chamber Economic Council and Co-Chair of Boulder Together. Her dedication to both the banking industry and her community has earned her numerous honors, including Boulder Chamber's Woman Who Lights the Community Award, BizWest's Most Influential Business Leader recognition, the Colorado Bankers Association's Women Shaping the Future of Banking award, and recognition as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Denver.

When she's not working with clients and community leaders, Gretchen can often be found exploring new destinations, enjoying the outdoors, or pursuing her latest fitness challenge. Above all, she values time spent with her husband and two children, who are her greatest source of happiness and inspiration.
