Prior to joining FNBO, Paul held M&A Advisory and commercial banking roles with both national and regional financial institutions, where he developed extensive experience across a broad range of industries and lending structures. His diverse background allows him to bring valuable insight and creative problem-solving to every client relationship.

As a fifth-generation Colorado native, Paul has a deep appreciation for the work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and values that drive Colorado’s communities. Raised on the Western Slope, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado. He remains passionate about supporting local businesses and helping strengthen the communities they serve.

Outside of work, Paul is an avid Colorado outdoorsman, and enjoys staying active through fitness, DIY projects and attending live sports and concerts.
