He is a trusted advisor to business clients with a reputation for making complex banking topics manageable. Ryan remains dedicated to enhancing cash flow management and improving operational efficiencies through tailored card programs. He is adept at recognizing the distinct pain points of each client and devising solutions that simplify cash flow management, optimize rewards, and help organizations scale for adaptable growth.
Credentials
Ryan brings over 16 years of experience in finance and banking to his role. He has served in multiple roles across commercial cards at FNBO, most recently as a Commercial Card Specialist. His diverse background includes time as a VP of Regional Sales for Kasasa, a Fintech operation bringing retail strategies to banks across the US. His experience at Kasasa revealed the technical side of banking solutions, allowing him to more fully understand the card technology he offers to clients and to more astutely recommend products to the businesses he serves. Ryan also worked as a Financial Analyst for ConAgra Foods, where he led the centralization of account receivables for multiple lines of business. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Passions
Ryan is an active, family-focused dad who loves traveling, playing sports, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether it's exploring new places with his family, staying active through sports like golf, or cheering from the sidelines, he's happiest supporting his kids and being involved in everything they love. At the heart of Ryan's life are his 2 daughters - watching them grow, develop in school, and through extracurricular activities brings him great joy. Given the blessings in his life, Ryan is conscious about giving back, regularly participating in FNBO's initiatives with the United Way. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Logan-Missouri Valley Country Club.
